CI Intensive on land “Aqua body”
In this intensive workshop we will experience dancing water-aqua body and expand our perception of what I am / where I am. Oceanic communication which is occurring inside of our body and also within the relationship between inner and outer environment will be investigated through touch, somatic movement, voice and dance improvisation. This fluid dance/body research will bring us to communicating state between fundamental essence and phenomenon such as silence-dynamics, center-periphery, being-doing, ocean-waves and support-expression.
We will meet embryological fluid body and find our newness from our origin. Through the embryological journey, we will discover that we are deeply connected to everything beyond time and space.
We will dance as a water environment – fluid communication itself experiencing fluid system, organ system in our current body as well. Listening throughout the whole body will be the main door to meet all the fluid supports, connections and tuning state.
We will travel together with Poong-gyung, Body-Mind Centering, solo improvisation, contact improvisation framed of individual research, partnering and group work including writing and verbal sharing.
